Just over a month ago we had about 4 playdates within the space of about 7 or 8 days, 3 of those where early morning finishes so boy was I tired after that and was woried about keeping that pace up.
Well we talked after one of the playdates, and said we would make sure we would not be playing every weekend so we could enjoy it more when we did.
We decided we would have at least a week to ourselves and turned down a couple of invitations for the following week although we did fit in a coffee date over that time.
Well after that due to one thing and another there have been no playdates, nada, zip, however now things seem to be hotting up with arrangements being made for over the next few weeks/weekends.
I am glad of the break as I think I was loosing interest in all the groundwork of setting up meetings and weeding out the fakes and flakes, now though mojo is back and looking forward to a busy couple of weeks.
This time though I won't worry about keeping up the pace as there seems to be a natural ebb and flow and I know to take advantage when busy and to enjoy the downtime when we aren't.
Has anybody else noticed the ebb and flow happening to them ?
