First post and wracked with nerves

I suppose I should've put some of this on my profile but I'll go with here instead.

For the past few years I've dabbled with cross dressing. Each time I've tried guilt and fear have made me stop for a short while. The gap between experiments gets shorter each time and I've started to build a sizeable collection of clothes. Now I've reached the point that I don't want the gaps. I don't want to stop and I want to meet people who understand and care.

I'm not at all passable now. I'm too hairy at the moment. I did try and shave it all off sometime ago (how do you shave your back on your own?) but got cold feet and allowed it to grow back. I want to be smooth so the clothes look better on me. I hate seeing the hair poking through and it really stops me feeling as feminine as I dream about. I'll try again soon, maybe that's my weekend taken care of :)

I haven't experimented with make up and perfume yet. I really want to try. I'd love for someone to guide and help me.

My curiosity is such that I really don't know where this will lead. Time will tell I suppose. Part of me just wants to have girly friends (cds who've been down this road, fellow newbies or "real" girls) who I can have fun with me but part of me wonders what it would be like to meet someone who could give me direction in a kindly way. Dominated with pain really isn't for me so it would need to be a more gentle journey.
