Turn-offs:

Women who feel duty bound to answer their mobiles at all times.

Brightly lit rooms.

Saggy tummies (especially when a fold of flab hangs down over pubic area).

Stridently aggressive women who feel they have to act like a US porn actress. (In my book there's no substitute for femininity, subtlety and sensuality.)

Buzzing electrical appliances. (Should be unnecessary for any man worth his salt.)

When it comes to profiles, turn-offs would include:

A long semi-hysterical list of rules and regulations to which prospective suitors must adhere, accompanied by derisory comments about the "average" male who uses the site and his perceived lack of "etiquette".

Heavy use of tats and ironmongery.

Comments that would suggest the woman is a hardened swinger and is jostling for position at the top of the sex club pyramid.

Disclaimer to avoid death-threats: Of course this is just my personal taste, and I'm fully aware my profile probably turns off an equal number of such people in equal measure.

Weird men? Well that just about rules out about 50% of the world's population.

I may not be the best one to comment further as I'm a bit of a man-hater today. I could gladly have stabbed a couple of them with a fork this afternoon. It's not that their weirdness bothers me that much, it's just that they continue to breathe.
