It strikes me that there are dating sites, and then there are Dating sites. Having used a few in the past with varying degrees of success, failure, and in one case a hospital visit (for another blog!). I now think to myself, that perhaps I've been trying too hard for a "relationship" when really, it is probably not what I wanted or needed. In reality, any subscriptions I have paid to the more main stream dating sites have been a waste, because I have not particularly embraced that whole ethos and frame of mind.
So why here? why join "connect4fun"? bizarrely, I had never heard or come across this site previously, and I was pointed in it's direction whilst I was being strung along by a girl from another site! That site is now cancelled, and I have arrived here all brand new and almost sparkling!
